Received new posts () - den_hotmail: Upgraded my 1st get #iphone to the iPhone OS 3.0! very nice of Apple to supply the 3.0 version for the 1st gen iphones, especially after they significantly dropped prices on 2nd gen handsets.
den_hotmail: It's best to keep the CSS-related images together with CSS files, under same directory tree (eg starting at css/ or style/), not together with the content images (eg images/). Some designers still don't do that! Which of course is a pain for programmers or admins.
den_hotmail: If you use a mod_rewrite to redirect traffic from non-existing URLs to certain script, and want to HTTP protect a subdirectory, make sure to use ErrorDocument 401 default in the protected subdir's .htaccess

den_hotmail: Should you need to forward an incoming email to several addresses from your GMail (or Apps) account, then create a filter (From: *, forward to: address) for each of the destination emails.

den_hotmail: OMG! IE fires onchange event for checkboxes only after they lose focus... Gotta use onclick - it works for all browsers (and even if you toggle the checkbox with the spacebar) #iexplorer
den_hotmail: I think it is a shame that PHP5 does not allow to use constant expressions in class constant declarations. Essentially to use other class constants in these declarations.

den_hotmail: Using Google Apps and GMail for maintaining email accounts and sending out emails to users of your site is just great - every email you send via GMail's SMTP gets stored in your outbox!
den_hotmail: Hmm... just occurred to me that I always pay attention to what the link's domain is before clicking. Guess I'm not the only one to do that, so effectively url shortening services may very well prevent people from following links!

den_hotmail: Just read a few critical reviews about #google #nexus-one - which again speaks that Google is producing too many half-made products. They should concentrate on their core business. Another such headache for web designers is their #chrome browser.
